Chapman's Construction is a 4 generation Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Medical and Agriculture Construction company. We opened the doors in 1994 and have been building quality projects that exceed customer expectations ever since. We carry the highest state certified general contracting license available and have a vast amount of experience. We are a Certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Throughout the years we have constructed over 1,000 residential homes, medical clinics, retail stores, offices, food services industry, assisted living facilities, multi-story buildings, chain stores and chain restaurants. We have a licensed Indoor Air Quality, Environmental and Mold specialist on staff and consider Environmental needs on all projects. We have a strong estimating staff that brings competitive pricing to each project. We employ a large sub contractor pool that has worked with us for over 20 years providing quality work and stands behind their warranties. We have an efficient blue print plotter and offer blue print services to Highlands county. We are a close knit family company that pays close personal detail to each project.
